T is for...

…The Truth About Cats & Dogs

Soundtracks That Mattered (to me) is my theme for the A-Z Challenge this April.

Back many years ago, there was falling in love. This soundtrack offered such a cool celebration of that joy and wonder. The mix of songs and artists felt hip and cool, with just a little touch of "now what?" mixed in.

I had never heard anything by the Cowboy Junkies before, nor can I think of anything since, but I do love this song.

  1. One of my friends was real into the Cowboy Junkies but try as I might, I just never really cottoned to them. Is this movie good?

  2. Hi, Andrea: I've been catching your music selections over at Robin's blog. Good stuff! Great idea for a theme you have as well. The Cowboy Junkies were huge in the 90s. Loved this movie!

  3. I really liked this movie when it came out. With the exception of Blues Traveler, I really don't remember any of the music listed on the soundtrack.

  5. I enjoyed this movie. Funny, but I didn't even know it had a soundtrack. Gah. It's always interesting to see what songs are chosen for a soundtrack. They often capture the spirit of the movie. I bet this is a good one...
