52 Weeks of Happiness - Week 11

I had a hard time getting myself motivated to make the shells for these little mousse cups...

But I was SO happy when they were done!

These helped fulfill the chocolate part of our wine, cheese and chocolate party. Yummy...chocolate mousse, or white chocolate mousse, you pick.

Here is something else from the party that made me happy...
Happy retirement Mom!

    1. We have been slowly chipping away at them. Do you like how I made that sound like drudgery?

  7. These are so awesome! Wow! And about the allergy situation....I've seriously been thinking I was going to DIE of allergies this year. Finally, my pharmacist brother suggested NasalCrom. It's an over the counter nasal spray (but not addictive like the kind for colds). He said tons of his patients swear by it, and it had good reviews on Amazon, so I figured what the heck? I've been using it about a week (still taking fake Claritin too) and it's like an allergy relief miracle! Just in case you haven't tried it. I found it at Walmart.

  8. Those mousses (meese?) look scrumptous. But I can see how thos shells were probably a huge pain in the tookus! But all the hard work turned out wonderfully for your mama, so bravo to you for taking the time.

Those are definitely real wines. You just seem to prefer really sweet wines. Just know that in the future when getting wine. You DO NOT want the dry ones.

    1. I think I combined 2 of your posts in my head. The one about the wine was the previous one, right? Oops. Well, let's just say that commenting on both here is like conserving paper or something. I don't know . . . it makes sense in my head.
